Starting in January 2025, all BCE customers can begin to qualify for new Reward Membership levels.  These new Reward Membership levels will enable customers to earn Reward points at higher levels increasing your savings.

 

 

 

How it works...

All customers will continue to earn a minimum 1 Reward Point for every dollar of purchases.  At the end of every calendar quarter BCE will tally customer purchases and individual invoiced items (not orders).  To qualify for a Reward Membership level, customers simply need to exceed EITHER the Qualifying Quarterly Purchases amount OR the Qualifying Quarterly Invoices amount.  Qualifying customers will then have their Reward Membership level changed for the following quarter, earning higher levels of Reward Points!  During the first quarter of 2025 customer's purchases will be used for the initial Reward Membership qualification.  This will then occur every quarter thereafter.  The more you order, the more you save!

Let's try an example;

Jill purchases $1900 with 22 invoices of products from BCE during the first quarter of 2025.  She will qualify for Silver membership for the second quarter of 2025 because her total invoices exceeded the minimum of 20.  During the second quarter of 2025 she will earn 2 Reward Points for every $1 purchased during the quarter, saving an additional 2% when she turns these Reward Points into savings coupons.

If in the second quarter of 2025, Jill purchases $1100 with 15 invoices, she will loose her Silver Reward Membership level for the third quarter of 2025 and revert back to earning the base 1 Reward Point for every $1 of purchases during the quarter.

One more example;

Jack purchases $5050 with 2 invoices of products from BCE during the first quarter of 2025.  He will qualify for Gold membership for the second quarter of 2025 because his total purchase value exceeded the Qualifying Quarterly Purchase minimum of $5000 for the quarter.  He will earn 3 Reward points for every $1 of purchases during the second quarter.

 

Where can I see my status?

Customers can go to the Reward Points page on the Account tab where they can see their Reward level status.

 

 

 

 

Program Details:

All BCEOnline customers are eligible to participate in the BCEOnline Reward Membership program.  All customers will earn a minimum of 1 Reward Point for every $1 of purchases.  

Qualification Periods:  BCEOnline will evaluate total dollar purchases and total number of individual invoices during every calendar quarter, beginning with the 1st quarter of 2025.  The calendar quarters will be January 1st through March 31st for the first quarter, April 1st through June 30th for the second quarter, July 1st through September 30th for the third quarter, and October 1st through December 31st for the fourth quarter.

Qualifying Purchases and Invoices: All purchases must be in Good Standing at the end of the Qualification Period to be considered for inclusion into the purchase tally.  Purchases in Good Standing are active (not cancelled), shipped, and not refunded for any reason.  Formica Print Solutions LLC will hold all discretionary authority in determining whether a purchase is in Good Standing.

Reward Membership Status Change:  BCEOnline will update the Membership status on the 1st day of the month following the close of the quarter (April 1st, July 1st, October 1st, and January 1st).  

Reward Point Redemption:  Customers can redeem Rewards Points for coupons used for future purchases at BCEOnline.com.  A minimum of 100 Reward Points can be redeemed for a $1 coupon value.  Customers can redeem up to 10,000 Reward points ($100 coupon) per order.  Unused Reward Points will expire after 24 months.
