You need to be logged in to access the tax certificate upload page.
Once you are logged in, select the My Account menu located on the green bar on top towards the right side of the screen.
On the sub-menu that will appear, select My Account.
On this page, click the link titled Tax Certificate Details. This link will take you to the page you see below.
1. Enter your tax ID number
2. Upload a copy of your tax certificate
3. Enter the expiration date of your certificate via the calendar pop-up tool. Select your month and year and then the day your certificate expires.
4. Click the submit button
You will need to do this same process, to upload your tax certificate when it expires. As always, should you have any questions, please contact customer service.
