3.5 X 2 Spot Color Business Cards with Foil or Embossing - Print on 1 Side
With foil or embossed business cards, you receive all the advantages of regular spot color business cards, with the added distinction of foil or embossing. You can specify foil only, and on most stocks you can also select embossing only, or combine foil or embossing with up to two ink colors. You may pick from our standard foil and ink colors, or upgrade to other ink colors (Fluorescent Inks not available). (Other foil colors are available by custom quote.)
Choose from our many paper stock options, or supply your stock to us (see details under "Card Stocks" below).
Note that fine details are not recommended for these processes. When choosing foil, the font sizes you use for text should be large enough to avoid plugging. Embossing is best for logos and other designs without fine details.
When you combine foil or embossing with ink, your design may contain critical registration (when foil or embossing touches the ink and/or registers with the ink in any way). For example, if two lines of foil are designed to be evenly spaced between a line of ink, this is considered critical registration - the line of ink must be kept perfectly centered between the foil. When your art contains critical registration, add $30/1000 impressions, plus a $45 set-up charge.

You may also supply your stock to us. With most card stock, we ask for 3.5 X 8.5 (4-up) sheets and ask for 20% overs (minimum 100 sheets). Please provide heavier stock (anything over 100# cover) at 3.5 X 8.75 (4-up). BCE will NOT be responsible for the cost of any supplied stock due to manufacturing misshaps.
